Work in progress – Multiculturalism

As foreign workers we have a unique way of looking at things such as morale ,cooperation and management styles. Sometimes they come in to conflict with our native employers knowing these differences can be invaluable to both employer and employee.

We will also discuss celebrating the holidays in Iceland coming from different perspectives and how we celebrate what we celebrate when we celebrate.
